Standard return policy
- Cancel an order before shipment: You can cancel an order before we handed it to our delivery partner without any cost. You simply have to inform us about your cancelling intention via email or phone.
- Return the product: you have the right to cancel an order and return the product, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned undamaged. To return the product you have to make the request for refund or cancellation within 14 days from the date that you have received the product via email to info@family-stickers.eu
The product needs to be sent to Family Stickers address: Tuza Orsolya E.V., Margita utca 58/A, Szada, 2111, Hungary We will refund the price when the product has arrived to us.
- Please note that a gift card cannot be refunded.
- Replace a damaged product: You have the right to get a replacement if, you prefer the replacement of your product over a refund. (e.g. if it gets damaged during shipment). Family Sticker have the right for asking a proof of damage, i.e. typically a photo via email.
Buyer’s responsibility
- Data accuracy It is the buyer’s responsibility to add the order details correctly, especially delivery address, email address, phone number. In case the delivery address is company or office building, the name and the company name should also be there, otherwise the delivery might not happen.
- Shipping and handling
- International (i.e. outside of Hungary): Family Stickers uses tracked shipping option. Delivery will be made usually within four weeks. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the shipment. Note that, once the product leaves our facilities, the delivery date can be affected by many factors we can’t control. In any case, if a significant delay occurs, please contact us.
- Shipment to Hungary: we use generic, non tracked delivery with Magyar Posta. Delivery takes usually 2 weeks.
- Applying the stickers Before applying the stickers buyer should read the guide which we send to all customers and watch the ‘How to apply the stickers’ video which is available at here. Family Stickers does not take responsibility for any damages on the the stickers or else, which is caused by not following these tutorials.
Registration
To register on the Site you must be over eighteen years of age.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Please inform us of any changes to your information by updating your personal details to ensure that our records are correct.

The content on the Website, including without limitation, the text, software, metatags, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, are owned by or licensed to Tuza Orsolya E.V., Content on the Website is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners.

Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
Please do not send unsolicited ideas to Tuza Orsolya E.V., including but not limited to ideas for advertising campaigns, promotions, products, product improvements, processes, materials, marketing plans, or product names. Neither Tuza Orsolya E.V. nor any of its employees accept or consider unsolicited ideas. This policy is intended to avoid misunderstandings or disputes when Tuza Orsolya E.V. products, services, or marketing strategies seem similar to unsolicited ideas that were submitted to Tuza Orsolya E.V.
If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still send them, then regardless of what your submission states, the following terms shall apply to your submission:
